Day 0: quote and contract
Tell us how many radios, which industry and when you need them. A quote comes back the same business day. Signing is digital — one PDF, one e-signature. Rental charges for the first month, the one-time programming fee and the refundable deposit are due upfront by ACH or card.
Same-day dispatch before 2pm ET
Contract signed and deposit paid before 2pm ET on a business day means the radios ship the same day from Orlando. Each unit is configured for your private talk group, name tags and accessories are attached, and every radio gets a bench check before it is packed.
Transit
UPS ground reaches most of Florida in 1–3 days and most of the country in 3–5. Ground is included; overnight is available at cost for urgent events. Tracking is emailed automatically at handoff, and the box carries your company name on the label.
