The rules of the road.

These Terms govern your use of elite2wayradios.com — the public-facing website operated by Elite Hospitality Equipment and Supplies, LLC (“Elite2Way”, “we”, “us”) — and the demo request process.

These Terms do not govern the rental relationship itself. That is handled by a separate Radio Rental Contract signed when you become a customer. In any conflict between the Rental Contract and these Terms, the Rental Contract controls for matters related to the rental.

You may browse the site, read pricing information, and submit the demo request form if you are authorized to represent your company in procurement decisions. You may not:

• Submit fraudulent or deliberately false information
• Submit information on behalf of another company without their authorization
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or its infrastructure
• Scrape content at scale for use in a product competing with ours
• Impersonate Elite2Way, its employees, or our customers

Prices shown on the site — $6/day per radio, 6-unit minimum, 30-day minimum, $35 programming, $100 refundable deposit — reflect standard pricing and are subject to change without notice. Custom pricing may apply to large orders, long-term contracts, or specific industries.

The sample deal calculation shown on the homepage is illustrative. Actual quotes are provided by an Elite2Way representative and memorialized in the Rental Contract at signing.

Any references on the site to the tax treatment of radio rental (including operating expense treatment, capital preservation, or Florida sales tax treatment) are for illustrative discussion only. They are not tax advice. Please verify tax implications with your own CPA or tax advisor before making procurement decisions based on them.

The Elite2Way name, logo, site design, photography, and copy are owned by Elite Hospitality Equipment and Supplies, LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Product names and specifications of third-party radio equipment referenced on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise it will never be down. This disclaimer does not limit warranties applicable to the radio rental service itself — those are governed by the Rental Contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite2Way's liability for anything arising out of your use of the website alone is limited to $100. This limit does not apply to rental-contract claims, which are governed separately. It does not apply to personal injury claims, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.
