How fast does it ship?
Orders confirmed before 2pm ET ship the same day from Orlando. Otherwise, within 48 hours. Free shipping on every pack. UPS ground delivers in 1–3 days within Florida, 3–5 nationwide.
What exactly is pre-programming?
We configure each radio in your pack to share a private group so they all reach each other out of the box. You can change channels on the unit anytime, but the default setup is ready-to-use — no setup required on arrival.
What if I don't like them?
30-day return window from the delivery date. Return the radios in working condition and we refund the full purchase price. You pay return shipping.
What about warranty?
These radios are sold as-is and are not covered under a manufacturer warranty. The 30-day return window is your window to test them — if anything isn't working as expected, return the unit in working condition and we'll refund the full purchase price. After 30 days, you own the unit outright; repairs and replacements are at your expense. For larger fleets with ongoing replacement coverage included, ask us about renting instead.

Free shipping is included. After the three years, extend any radio's service at $89/year per radio, billed annually.
How does this differ from renting?
Rental is better when you need a large fleet (6+ radios, 30+ days) and want us to carry replacement, battery, and programming costs. Buying wins if you need a small set permanently — three years of service is included up front, and after that it's $89/year per radio to keep the service active. The break-even depends on your quantity and timeframe — call us and we'll run the math honestly.
