Business communications should be a utility — something you turn on for as long as you need it, then turn off when you don't. That's what a rental model gives you. We built Elite2Way around that premise and nothing else.
What we do
Elite Hospitality Equipment and Supplies, LLC — doing business as Elite2Way — rents professional POC LTE push-to-talk radios to business operators. We're based in Orlando. We ship nationwide.
Our customers are hotels and resorts, hospitals, security companies, construction firms, warehouses, ports, and event production companies. The common thread: teams that need reliable multi-building comms without the capital cost and maintenance overhead of owning radios outright.
Why rental beats owning for most operators
The math on radios doesn't look like the math on most hardware. Batteries die. Carriers change their networks. A radio that was the right spec three years ago might not be the right one today.
Owning means managing all of that yourself — replacement budgets, firmware updates, battery cycles, programming changes when your talk groups reorganize, and depreciation on the books. Renting means we carry all of it, and you get to treat radios like you treat your phone bill: a line-item operating expense you revisit once a year.
For a minority of operators — very stable operations with 5+ year horizons and someone on staff who already owns the maintenance overhead — buying still makes sense. We'll tell you so if that's your situation. We're not trying to win every deal.
Who you talk to
Elite2Way is an owner-operated business with two founders. Responsibilities are divided clearly: one founder leads customer operations and account management, the other runs systems, logistics, and product. When you call 407-990-9023, you reach a member of the founding team directly — no queues, no scripts, no handoffs between sales and service.
That's intentional. Radios are mission-critical to the teams that rent them, and the people renting them deserve to talk to someone who can actually make decisions — not a script, not a queue, not a handoff. The reason we're responsive is because responsiveness is the product, just as much as the radios are.
As we grow, we'll add team members who hold the same standard for honesty and same-day answers. We're in no hurry to become a call-center operation — and our customers seem to agree that's the right pace.
Orlando as a home base
Orlando gives us two things: overnight UPS reach to roughly 90% of the continental US, and direct access to the hospitality and convention operators who are our biggest market. We handle programming, fulfillment, and replacement logistics from here. If you're local and need to pick up units in person, we can usually accommodate — call us.
