CH 01Radio 1 of 3Entry

Stop crossing the building to ask one question.

Count how much of your shift goes to walking the floor looking for one person. A 2-watt analog handheld puts your whole team one button away — nothing to set up, nothing to train, and working the moment it leaves the box.

The problem it solves

Your day back, two minutes at a time.

Think about how a normal shift actually goes. You need one answer from one person, so you walk the floor to find them. They are not where you expected. By the time you have tracked them down and walked back, four minutes are gone — and that happens twenty times a day. That is not a communication problem, it is your day disappearing in two-minute pieces.

This radio is the fix for that specific problem. You press one button and the person you need answers where they stand. Nobody walks anywhere. The question that used to cost four minutes costs ten seconds, and you get to stay where the work is instead of becoming a runner for your own team.

It also has to survive your staffing reality. Turnover is constant and nobody has time to train anyone on a device. So pairing is one button, there is no login, no app, and no phone involved — you hand a radio to someone on their first shift and they are useful on it inside a minute. Channel lock means the setting stays where you put it, so nobody drops off the group because a dial got bumped in a pocket.

The practical details are built around a floor, not a desk. It charges on USB-C, the same cable already behind your counter. The battery detaches, so a spare covers a double shift and the radio never leaves the floor to charge. VOX keeps hands free when they are already carrying something, and the scrambler keeps casual listeners off your channel.

This is the right radio when your operation fits inside one building or one property line. If your people work across multiple buildings or multiple addresses, the EIP-Q1 is the one to look at — it runs over the cellular network and has no range ceiling.

What changes on your shift

  • The walk across the floor to ask one question becomes a ten-second call
  • New hires are useful on it inside a minute — no training, no login, no app
  • Channel lock keeps people reachable, so nobody drops off because a dial got bumped
  • A spare battery covers a double shift, so a radio never leaves the floor to charge
  • Cheap enough to keep spares in the drawer for the shifts that go sideways
Who it's for

Managers who are tired of walking the floor.

Restaurants and bars

You stop leaving the pass to chase down a server. Front of house, kitchen, and the floor manager stay on one channel through service, without anyone pulling a phone out in front of guests.

Single-building hotels

Front desk stops putting guests on hold to go find housekeeping. Pair every unit to the same channel and hand them out at shift change like keys.

Retail floors

A price check or a stockroom question stops being a walk. Seasonal hires can be handed a radio at the start of a shift and be genuinely useful on it before their first customer.

Warehouses

Dock, pick line, and office stay in contact without anyone digging a phone out with full hands. Fewer wasted trips down an aisle to ask something small.

Event crews

Load-in through teardown, when the plan changes hourly and half the crew is temporary. Cheap enough to keep spares in the case for the people who show up unplanned.

Houses of worship

Parking, greeters, safety team, and A/V coordinated through one service without anyone walking the sanctuary to pass a message.

Questions worth asking.

How long before my team is actually using these?

Same shift you unbox them. They arrive paired to a shared channel, so there is nothing to configure — you hand them out and people talk. There is no app, no login, and no phone involved, which matters most with seasonal or high-turnover staff who will not sit through training on a device.

How far will these reach?

Honestly, it depends on your building. Analog range is governed by what sits between two radios — concrete, steel, elevator shafts, and how many floors are in between matter far more than any number we could print here. These are built for teams working within one building or one property line. Tell us your layout on a call and we will say plainly whether these cover it or whether you want the EIP-Q1 instead.

What happens when one gets dropped, lost, or walks off?

At this price you keep spares in the drawer and it is not a budget conversation. That is much of the point of this model — losing one on a busy weekend is an annoyance, not an incident. Order a couple of extras with your first set and you will not be short-handed the first time one goes missing.

Will these talk to the radios we already own?

Often, yes. Any analog radio on the same UHF frequency with matching privacy codes can share a channel, so you may not need to replace your whole set at once. Send us the model you are running now and we will confirm compatibility before you order rather than after it arrives.

CH 02Spread across buildings?

Then you want the one that runs on cellular.

The E2WTGA2 is built for a single building or one property line. If your people work across more than one address, the EIP-Q1 has no range ceiling — it runs over the cellular network, with three years of service included.
