From contract to crystal-clear in 72 hours.

No frequency coordination, no FCC license, no IT project, no dashboard to learn. Radios arrive programmed and ready to use. Here's what the four days before “press PTT, it works” actually look like.

  1. Day 0

    Quote and contract

    You tell us how many radios, which industry, and when you need them. We send a quote within the same business day, usually under two hours. Contract signing is digital — one PDF, one e-signature flow. All charges (rental for the first month, one-time programming, refundable deposit) are due upfront via ACH or card.

  2. Day 1

    Programming and configuration

    Once payment clears, your radios enter our programming queue. Each unit is configured for your private talk group, encryption keys are generated, any name tags or accessories you ordered are attached, and each radio gets a pre-flight check on the bench — we pair it with our carrier network, push-to-talk test it against a known-good unit, confirm battery seat and charger contact.

  3. Day 2

    Packed and shipped

    Radios ship UPS from Orlando in a single box with your company name on the shipping label, each unit individually bubble-wrapped, chargers and accessories in their own compartment. Tracking number is emailed automatically at handoff. Ground is included; overnight is available at cost for urgent events.

  4. Day 3

    On your desk

    Box arrives. Unpack, charge, power on, press the PTT button, talk. No frequency coordination, no app setup, no provisioning dashboards. If you requested a walkthrough call, a member of our team will ring you at the agreed time to confirm everything is working before you hand units out to your team.

After the first week

What ongoing support looks like.

You rent, you operate, we stay in the background unless you need us. Four scenarios cover most of the ongoing touch points between us.

A radio fails

Call or email. We ship a replacement within 24–72 hours, included at no extra charge. Return shipping label for the failed unit comes with the replacement.

You need more radios

Tell us the new count and when you need them. New units ship within 72 hours and we prorate the rental from the date they arrive.

You need fewer radios

Give us 7 days notice. Send units back in working condition. We credit the remaining days of rental to your next month.

End of contract

Return all units within 7 days of contract end. Deposit is refunded in full if units come back in normal working condition. Damage beyond normal wear is deducted after we show you the repair quote.
