How fast does it ship?
Orders confirmed before 2pm ET ship the same day from Orlando. Otherwise, within 48 hours. Shipping is a flat $25 per order. UPS ground delivers in 1–3 days within Florida, 3–5 nationwide.
What exactly is pre-programming?
We configure each radio in your pack to share a private group so they all reach each other out of the box. You can change channels on the unit anytime, but the default setup is ready-to-use — no setup required on arrival.
What if I don't like them?
30-day return window from the delivery date. Return the radios in working condition and we refund the full purchase price. You pay return shipping.
What about warranty?
Every radio carries a 12-month warranty on parts and labour. Separately, the 30-day return window is your window to test them — if they are not right for the operation, return them in working condition for a full refund. For larger fleets that want ongoing replacement coverage bundled in, ask us about renting instead.
What's included in the $329 per radio?
The radio itself, charger, belt clip, pre-programmed POC LTE configuration for your private group, and two full years of service — push-to-talk for your private group and nationwide cellular access. Shipping is a flat $25 per order. After the two years, extend any radio's service at $89/year per radio, billed annually.
How does this differ from renting?
Rental is better when you need a large fleet (6+ radios, 30+ days) and want us to carry replacement, battery, and programming costs. Buying wins if you need a small set permanently — two years of service is included up front, and after that it's $89/year per radio to keep the service active. The break-even depends on your quantity and timeframe — call us and we'll run the math honestly.
