Rental questions
The terms, in plain words.
What is the minimum rental?
Six radios for thirty days. Contracts then run month-to-month at the same rate unless you give seven days notice.
What is included in the $6 per radio per day?
The radio, the cellular SIM and data plan, nationwide network access, unlimited push-to-talk within your private talk group, battery cycling, firmware updates, and outbound shipping. A one-time $35 programming fee per radio and a refundable $100 deposit per radio are charged upfront.
How is the deposit handled?
$100 per radio is held against the contract and returned in full when the radios come back in normal working condition. Damage beyond normal wear is deducted only after we show you the repair quote.
What happens if a radio fails?
Call or email. We ship a replacement within 24–72 hours at no extra charge, with a return label for the failed unit.
Can we change the number of radios mid-contract?
Yes. Added radios ship within 72 hours and are prorated from the day they arrive. To return radios, give seven days notice and send them back in working condition; the remaining days are credited to your next month.
Do you rent outside Florida?
Yes. The radios run on cellular push-to-talk, so they work anywhere with cell signal. We ship from Orlando; UPS ground reaches most of the country in 3–5 days, and overnight is available at cost.
