Two-way radios for event production that span load-in, show, and break-down.

Production, security, talent ops, and vendor coordination need to talk across a venue floor, backstage, and the loading dock — at scale, on short timelines, encrypted.

Operator using Elite2Way cellular push-to-talk radio in a event management environment

A typical day on a event management site.

6am load-in for a 5,000-capacity show. Production is calling truck unload sequence. AV is rigging front-of-house. Stagehands are loading risers. Talent ops is staging the green room. Catering and front-of-house are in setup. By doors at 7pm, none of these teams have time to pull a phone out. The show runs 7-11. Break-down starts at 11:30. By 3am the venue is empty and the trucks are out. Every minute of those nineteen hours, every team on the show is on a radio.

How POC LTE solves it.

  • Rent for the show, return after break-down — no equipment to own, store, or maintain.
  • Cellular push-to-talk reaches across venue floor, backstage, and the loading dock.
  • AES-256 encrypted channels for security and talent ops.
  • Separate channels for production, security, talent ops, AV, and catering.
  • Pre-programmed all-call channel monitored by every radio for emergency response.

Roles we equip.

The radios are sized and programmed for who actually uses them. A front desk gets a different setup than a banquet captain or a security supervisor.
